What is Gaga’s Corner Shop?
In 2017, my daughter convinced me to trade the warm sandy beaches of Florida for the majestic mountains of Colorado. Expecting their second child, she proposed we buy a house together, and without hesitation, I embraced the adventure. Since then, I've happily taken on the role of the young grandma in the basement, surrounded by love and laughter.
As the little one struggled to speak, "Grandma" morphed into the delightful "Gaga." Soon, it became the affectionate moniker bestowed upon me by my grandchildren (and the family too). They proudly introduce me to everyone as "their Gaga”. With adults, I playfully add, "but that's Lady Gaga to you!" It never fails to elicit a chuckle.
